If you are looking for decent food at good price, and away from the ambience of city, Seven Hills Dhaba, Mysore Road is a good place.
No fancy decor, but huts on the mud...
Pricing is good. We like Butter Naan, Panneer Butter Masala, Veg Fried Rice and Baby Corn Manchurian. For a family of four, with a fizzy drink costed only Rs 400/-. You get decent pan outside.
You can see filmi guys coming there... Weekends are crowded.
How to reach there?
Take BG Road, and go via NICE Road after Gottikere, to Mysore Road (via Kanakapura Road) - saves time - going by Banashankari - the usual crowded route.
When you get on to S15, Mysore Road, within 3 kms you will see this Dhaba onthe right side.
Enjoy!

Azhagi Restaurant, Hosur (Bangalore Road)
If you are looking for an hours drive and wouldn't mind driving into another state (carry your original vehicle docs), there is a good place in front of Ashok Leyland II on NH7.
Azhagi Restaurant is run by a family, and you can see all the interns and Adhiyaman college kids frequent there.
Pricing is very decent. We had Biriyani, Kuska, Chicken Kebab, Fish Curry, Fish Fry... Also they serve meals.
Just after MGR college after you cross Hosur Bus Stand, you will see it on the right.
Also helps to fill up the Petrol there @ Tamilnadu, as it is few rupees cheap per litre than Karnataka.
